Precision and Hospitality: A Large-Scale Success

Managing a multi-day international conference for over 500 delegates requires a blend of military-grade precision and warm Korean hospitality (Jeong). For this project, JIGI TRAVEL served as the primary local logistics partner for a global technology association.

Our responsibilities spanned from airport arrivals and luxury transport coordination to the planning of the grand gala dinner at a historic Korean garden. We managed a fleet of 15 premium buses, ensuring all delegates moved between venues with seamless timing despite Seoul's bustling traffic.
