Exploring the Heart of the Peninsula

Our group of 25 travelers from Singapore and Malaysia gathered at the Cheonggyecheon Stream to begin a full day of exploration in the historic and modern heart of Seoul. The crisp autumn air provided the perfect backdrop for a day dedicated to Korea's rich heritage and dynamic urban life.

We started at Gyeongbokgung Palace, witnessing the majestic Royal Guard Changing Ceremony. Our expert guides shared the intricate history of the Joseon Dynasty, bringing the grand halls and quiet pavilions to life. The group particularly enjoyed the colorful display of traditional Hanbok worn by many visitors.

The afternoon took us through the narrow, winding alleys of Bukchon Hanok Village. We respected the quiet atmosphere of this residential area while admiring the beautifully preserved traditional architecture. The day concluded at the vibrant Myeongdong shopping district, where participants enjoyed a variety of Korean street food.
